We agree to provide labor and materials while complying to all local building codes. We secure and pay for all governmental fees, and licenses necessary for the execution and completion of the work to be done and with all regulations and requirements pertaining to the construction site.
Any changes and additional work will be approved by the construction company and the owner.
We hire all subcontractors necessary for the project and the work will be completed in a timely and professional mannor.
Estimated Costs to perform the work will very from project to project with variables for changes
